Aether Biomedical Joins So Every BODY Can Move's 28x28 Mobility Challenge

At Aether Biomedical, we believe mobility changes lives.

Every day, we work alongside individuals, clinicians, and partners who understand the impact that access to assistive technology can have on independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life. That is why we are proud to partner with So Every BODY Can Move and support the 2026 28x28 Mobility Challenge.

Why This Matters

Millions of Americans rely on prosthetic, orthotic, and mobility devices to work, exercise, participate in their communities, and live independently. Yet many continue to face barriers to accessing the care and devices they need due to insurance limitations and outdated policies.

So Every BODY Can Move is a grassroots disability rights movement working to change that reality. Through advocacy, education, and state-level legislative reform, the organization is advancing policies that expand access to prosthetic and orthotic care across the United States.

Their vision is simple but powerful: movement should be a human right.

About the 28x28 Mobility Challenge

Throughout Disability Pride Month this July, thousands of advocates, clinicians, patients, athletes, families, and allies will come together for the 28x28 Mobility Challenge.

The challenge is straightforward:

  • Move for at least 28 minutes a day

  • For 28 days

  • From July 1–28

Whether you walk, run, bike, swim, roll, dance, hike, or simply get outside and stay active, every movement counts.

Participants can join as individuals or teams, track their activity, share their progress, and raise funds to support So Every BODY Can Move's advocacy efforts.

Join Team Aether

This year, Aether Biomedical is proud to participate as an official team and sponsor.

We invite our employees, partners, customers, and community members to join us throughout July as we move together for a cause that aligns closely with our mission.

By participating, you'll help raise awareness about the importance of equitable access to mobility care while supporting meaningful policy change for people with disabilities across the United States.

How You Can Get Involved

  1. Join Team Aether.

  2. Commit to 28 minutes of movement each day from July 1–28.

  3. Share your journey on social media.

  4. Invite friends and family to support the cause through donations.

Every step, mile, ride, swim, and workout helps build momentum for a future where every person has access to the mobility care they need.

Together, let's make movement a human right.
